New fence / our puppy
Yesterday we put up most of a picket fence in our front yard and brought our puppy from my parents' house. Today we will put up the rest of the fence so that Divy has a place to run around in.She seems to have grown accustomed to the new house very quickly and navigates our stairs without much difficulty. Although, we did find out the hard way that unless you are already covered before the dog jumps up on the bed, you have no chance of getting any cover.
It also took her awhile to get used to the new noises in our neighborhood. For instance, the speaker at the fast food place across the alley from our house is turned up way to loud and the disembodied voice bothers here. So, now not only do we have to put up with that until late at night, the dog barks at it as well. In Divy's defense, she did quit barking after about the 5th time the "ghost voice" took an order.
